In accordance with experience and skills of our employees we divide them into 3 groups:
- Junior Engineer (up to 3 years of experience).
- Mid-level Engineer (over 3 years of experience).

In order to provide our clients with easy and quick pricing we have established the broad based pricing model called Fixed Monthly Employee Cost. This model assumes that the fixed monthly cost will be defined per each employee for a particular period of time (starting from a half-year).
QArea provides free consulting services concerning the optimal rate of wages in order to increase employee productivity.

However, our HR department uses efficient methods not only to find, but to retain IT personnel by providing good working climate, interesting tasks and career prospects.
How to start
There are three stages followed by our company to deliver a cost-efficient and high-qualified service.
Client's requirements analysis provided to ensure proper project communications to the offshore dedicated team. This process consists of two integral activities:
- Defining the infrastructure and personnel requirements.
- Defining the project and activity which the customer expects to have within offshore dedicated team.
- Preparing of a Contract, that contains all necessary information about terms, rates and agreements concerning the project.
- The establishment of offshore dedicated team, that includes hiring developers, providing them with necessary hardware, software, office space and other services.
