July 21, 2008 -- Max Garkavtsev, Founder of QArea, attended the LAEDC (Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation)
2008 mid-year Economic Forecast and Industry Outlook of Southern California, which took place at Los Angeles. More than 300 of the region’s top business, education, civic, and government leaders participated in the event.
