Phase 6. QA and testing |

Phase 5 <<

|
The phase is no less important than all the above ones.
During testing of the ported application, QArea's QA engineers perform the following activities:
- comparative analysis of the application performance on both (all) platforms in order to ensure the porting is complete and no feature is omitted
- study out and documentation of differences which are derived from the target platform specifics
- bug tracking, especially of those ones detected on the source device
- complete testing of application in order to check for new bugs (particular attention is paid to tests that might reveal bugs not showing up earlier, i.e. stress testing, load testing, performance testing etc.)
