Master Scanner

System consists of two parts: Pocket PC data gathering application and PC accounting/billing application. Meterman uses Pocket PC (PPT8800) to scan barcodes from meters and enters meter data. After data gathering information from Pocket PC is taken to PC-based database (MS SQL server). Billing operator can calculate and then print or send by email bill, based on data from meters and other billing info stored in database.
